Two years ago I started working at R. Dalton Coffee, thanks to this opportunity I have been able to support my family and give my son a better life. Today I want to invite all women to never stop dreaming, because with effort and determination, dreams do come true.

I am proud of the labor inclusion that we promote, because, as a coffee company, we are a source of income for many families and we contribute to the empowerment of women.

I have been working in coffee packaging for 17 years, a unique experience full of learning. Thanks to my work, I have managed to build my home and provide my daughter with a better quality of life and education.

I am deeply grateful to R. Dalton Coffee for giving me the opportunity to be part of this great family. Here I have grown both professionally and personally, thanks to this job I can support my family and my children.

Thanks to the opportunity I was given, I have been able to offer my son a better education. I feel very happy for everything I have learned and grateful to my colleagues, whose support has allowed me to do my job in the best way possible. In addition, I have managed to build a space for my son and help him achieve his goal of finishing his degree.

During these 20 years at R. Dalton Coffee, I have learned everything from bag filling to planting and sowing coffee. Thanks to the opportunity I was given here, I fulfilled my dream of building my house and giving my children the opportunity to study.
