Shipping policy

Free Shipping

We offer free international shipping on orders that meet our promotional conditions. This benefit covers only the transportation cost from Guatemala to the destination country.

Taxes and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees charged by the courier company (such as FedEx or DHL).

These charges are not included in the free shipping offer and must be paid by the customer upon delivery or when requested by the shipping company.

Dalton Coffee has no control over these costs, as they are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an international order, the customer agrees to assume any additional costs related to importation and to comply with the regulations of their country.

International Regulations

Due to recent changes in trade and customs policies (especially in the U.S.), import costs may vary. We recommend verifying this information with local authorities or the shipping company before placing an order.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for taxes, duties, or import charges. In exceptional cases, we may offer store credit as a courtesy.
